Addy is a graduate of Lipscomb University where she completed her Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. Addy earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development from the University of Arizona. Being born and raised in Southern California, Addy offers clients a welcoming, laid-back smile while also providing a gentle challenge when change is necessary. Addy holds a strong passion and commitment to “letting you know whatsup.” Her goal is for clients to leave every session knowing she gave them her all. 

Addy also specializes in treating children, adolescents, young adults, and supportive therapy for parents/caregiver.  Addy’s interest in multicultural issues sparked her niche for identity development, which encompasses, self-understanding, gender roles, family values, and self-awareness. She has experience working with LGBQIA+, transgender, and gender nonconforming clients. She provides an approach that is both educational and affirming.

Addy has a keen eye for organizational skill that she strong strongly encourages clients. She is an advocate for PSYCHe’s Environmental Intervention (EV) Program to improve a life of productivity. 

In her free time, Addy enjoys spending time with her 3 dogs, working out, traveling, and EATING.
