Prolonged Exposure Therapy aiming to reduce symptoms associated with trauma and PTSD. PE assists clients in gradually approaching trauma-related memories, feelings, and situations that have avoided. By facing these challenges, clients can decrease PTSD symptoms and go back to living their lives without crippling anxiety, nightmares, and broken relationships.  

Exposure-Response Prevention is the treatment of choice for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). ERP is available at all levels of treatment for adolescents and adults. Like any exposure treatment, it involves identifying anxiety and depression triggers and gradually increasing tolerance to them by approaching, not avoiding. Your therapist is your partner and coach, motivating, inspiring, and encouraging you all the way to the finish line.  

Trauma Focused-Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) is a short-term treatment developed to address the impacts of trauma on adolescents. TF-CBT helps the client develop helpful coping skills and find their voice to create their personal trauma narrative. 

Cognitive-Processing Therapy (CPT) teaches clients a new way to handle upsetting and unhelpful thoughts after trauma. Clients learn how to examine whether the facts support or do not support their true, underlying beliefs and values. Clients have the opportunity to develop a new and more helpful perspective of their traumatic experience.
