Psychological Testing
Accurate diagnosis matters
We believe in doing things right the first time. That’s why we don't conduct "standard batteries" of tests. Each clinical question is different, so we tailor the assessments to each individual. We won’t give one more or one less test than it takes to get the job done.
Testing examples:
Career Assessments

Frequently Asked Questions about Psychological Testing
Is psychological testing available via telehealth?
Many components can be completed by secure telehealth. If a specific test requires in-person administration, we will let you know. Some individuals choose to fly in for testing appointments when necessary.
What does the evaluation include?
A targeted intake, records review, standardized questionnaires and tests, a feedback session, and a written report with practical recommendations.
What concerns can testing help clarify?
ADHD and executive functioning, anxiety and mood, OCD and related conditions, learning and academic concerns, personality and trauma-related patterns, and differential diagnosis.
How long does it take?
Timeframes vary by scope and scheduling, but can range from 6 weeks - a few months. We outline the plan and expected timeline along the way.
Do you coordinate with schools or providers?
Yes. With written consent, we collaborate with therapists, psychiatrists, schools, and other providers to ensure a fully comprehensive evaluation.
Do you accept insurance?
We are an out-of-network, concierge-style practice. We can provide superbills you may submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement. Keep in mind that most insurance plans will not cover any psychological testing services.
Will I receive a written report?
Yes. You will receive a clear report that summarizes findings and provides step-by-step recommendations.
What if we are in crisis right now?
PSYCHē is not an emergency service. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, call 988 (U.S.) or 911, or go to the nearest emergency room.
